SpeedyScaf facade frame scaffolding for the facade of the INFINITY PARK luxury residential building

The INFINITY PARK luxury residential building stands in the Oborishte district of Sofia, immediately beside Zaimov Park. It rises 16 storeys above ground, with a gross built-up area of 12,948 m², two levels of underground parking and a covered link to the residential zone.

Its modern architecture places high demands on the frame scaffolding structure needed to work on the high-technology ventilated rainscreen facade of aluminium composite panels.

The investor, Infinity Property, chose TAL Engineering to build the facade, and TAL Engineering in turn trusted SCAFFOLDINGS, MOUNTINGS & CONSTRUCTIONS LTD with the delivery and erection of the facade scaffolding. The company used Layher SpeedyScaf facade frame scaffolding, which allows quick and easy erection, modification and dismantling thanks to its lightweight components of hot-dip galvanised high-strength steel, and to its wide range of components and accessories.
